Background
The City of Granbury is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions and related implementation services. The City currently utilizes Tyler Incode ERP Pro 9, a web-based system, to support its financial and administrative operations. The goal is to modernize and enhance these systems by transitioning to a comprehensive ERP solution that supports various functions including general ledger, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, purchasing, fixed assets, inventory, and utility billing.
Work Details
Vendors are requested to provide information on their ERP solutions that support the following municipal functions:
- Core Financials (including fund accounting compliant with GASB standards)
- Budgeting
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Cash management
- Electronic vendor payment processing
- Procurement and contract management workflows
- Utility billing with meter integration and custom reporting capabilities
- Payroll and human resources management
- Asset management including work order management and fleet tracking
- Project and grant management capabilities
- Reporting and analytics features such as real-time dashboards and configurable reporting tools.
Vendors should also describe their implementation approach including staffing models and post-go-live support.
