Background
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the monthly rental of a 30-yard dumpster at the Ramsey Unit Farm Office. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper waste management services at the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Monthly rental of one (1) 30-yard dumpster.
2. A monthly fee for the dumpster rental, as well as any applicable additional fees for missed pickups.
3. Delivery location: TDCJ Ramsey Unit Farm Office, 1100 FM 655, Rosharon, TX 77583.
4. The contractor must ensure that the dumpster is emptied and maintained in accordance with TDCJ standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of one year from the date of award, with options for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
