Renewal of Annual Subscription for Rhapsody Integration Engine (one Production and One Test) IMMTRAC 50CP

Background
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers Invitations for Bids (IFBs) for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for the renewal of annual maintenance support for the Rhapsody Integration Engine, specifically one Production and one Test server with 50 communication points. Both HHS Agencies, HHSC and DSHS, will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this IFB.

Work Details
The required services include:
- Renewal of annual maintenance and support for Rhapsody Integration Engine (one Production and one Test) IMMTRAC 50CP.
- All services will be provided online.
- Perpetual support and maintenance for the Production server.
- Contractor must respond to all service calls within four hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time). Emergency services must be provided within one hour of notification.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is upon award, with an initial contract term expected to last until February 17, 2025, based on historical monetary value data.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed online; however, specific locations may be designated by the HHS Agency as needed.
