Description

The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide Recidiviz Platform Subscription to DIR on behalf of the Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) as part of the STS IT Commodities program.

These specifications are being advertised under Gov't Code Section 2155.067. Only responses to solicitations for items conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining an Award. Conforming exactly to these specifications includes bidding only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified in this solicitation.

This IFB requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids of $100,000 or more. Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed HSP or it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) on behalf of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) to solicit responses for the Recidiviz Platform Subscription.
