Real Estate Brokerage Services

Background
MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) is seeking to pre-qualify and enter into open agreements with one or more real estate brokerage firms specializing in leasing retail, office, and medical space, as well as purchasing and selling land and/or buildings throughout Texas.
The goal is to establish agreements that provide the desired product and geographic coverage, understanding that individual firms may serve only certain locations or services.

Work Details
The selected real estate brokerage firms will provide services including:
- Leasing of retail, office, and medical spaces;
- Purchasing and selling of land and/or buildings;
- Related services requested by MDACC and its campuses.
The firms are expected to have experience in commercial real estate transactions involving large scale properties, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the date of award until the completion of all required services as specified in the agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the state of Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience in project management for similar services or commercial real estate brokerage.
They must also possess an active Texas Real Estate Brokerage Number and ensure that all assigned real estate professionals have at least three years of relevant experience.
Additionally, a HUB Subcontracting Plan is required if subcontracting opportunities are probable.
