The goal of this contract is to identify, engage, and support students who have discontinued their studies, assisting them in re-enrolling and successfully completing their education.

Work Details
The vendor will deliver services that include:
1. Utilizing advanced technology and data analytics to create profiles of students who have stopped out.
2. Implementing a multi-channel communication strategy tailored to individual students, including email, digital media, geo-fencing, and mobile-optimized recruitment methods.
3. Providing personalized coaching to address barriers preventing re-enrollment. Coaches will be trained on the college's policies and work closely with college personnel.
4. Employing predictive analytics tools to manage enrollment processes efficiently by analyzing lifestyle choices, psychographic data, purchasing habits, and marketing channel preferences.
5. Developing integrated campaigns that coordinate messaging across various platforms to maximize student engagement.
6. Offering recommendations for enhancing the overall student journey and promoting ongoing enrollment.
