Background
The City of Laredo is issuing a solicitation for shirts specifically designed for traffic safety. This initiative is part of their local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175, which provides a 5% preference for local vendors in the evaluation of bids. The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality shirts that meet specific safety and branding requirements.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Cornerstone Shirts, specifically models CS410 (Polyester Short Sleeve) and CS410LS (Polyester Long Sleeve), in Charcoal Gray color. The order includes:
- 50 shirts in sizes Medium to X-Large with embroidered name and logo, including a logo size of 3 inches horizontal and 2 inches vertical, featuring four colors: white letters, yellow and red signals, and yellow and green lights.
- 25 shirts in sizes 2X-Large to 3X-Large with the same embroidery specifications.
- Shipping/freight services are also required. The total quantities are:
- 50 shirts (Medium to X-Large)
- 25 shirts (2X-Large to 3X-Large)
- Shipping: 1 unit.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on the issue date of October 17, 2025, with a response deadline set for October 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the City of Laredo Purchasing Division located at 5512 Thomas Ave., Laredo, TX 78041.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the local vendor preference ordinance. Proposals should be submitted electronically through Cit-E-Bid or delivered in person; mailed bids or electronic submissions via email or fax will not be accepted.
