Background
The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or corporations to provide Public Improvement District (PID) Administration Services. The goal is to ensure quality PID developments that provide extraordinary benefits to the district and the community. The selected vendor will assist in managing regular and special assessments necessary for community infrastructure development.
Work Details
The Consultant will provide various PID administration services including:
1. Annual Special Assessment Determination: Classifying parcels according to a PID Service and Assessment Plan.
2. Background Research: Gathering information for database creation.
3. Calculation of Annual Installments based on assessed values.
4. Updating assessment rolls based on project developments.
5. Bond Fund Administration: Monitoring accounts for accuracy.
6. Homeowner Assistance: Providing customer service for inquiries related to assessments.
7. Delinquency Management: Creating monthly reports on delinquencies and penalties.
8. Disclosure Services: Preparing reports as required by disclosure agreements.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract shall be one year with the option for up to four additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of Georgetown, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Respondents must maintain proper licensing and comply with all federal, state, and local laws relevant to the services specified in this RFP. Additionally, they must certify that they are not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or foreign terrorist organizations and comply with anti-boycott provisions regarding Israel.
