Work Details
The contract involves the construction of the Proton-Hadron Facility, which includes:
- New construction services for a commercial and office building.
- The facility will be approximately 65,000 square feet in size.
- The construction manager must adhere to various guidelines including Owner's Design Guidelines, Constructability Guidelines for UT System Construction Projects, Owner's Master Specifications, Project Safety specifications, Quality Control specifications, and other relevant project requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on May 4, 2026, with qualifications due by May 18, 2026.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center campus.
