Proprietary Source: Mitas Software Maintenance

Background
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is seeking to procure proprietary maintenance services for its Mitas specific software, which is utilized by the Loan Servicing Division and Accounting/General Ledger.
This contract aims to ensure the continued functionality and support of this critical software system.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and support services for the Mitas Specific Software package used in Loan Servicing and Accounting/General Ledger.
The services include troubleshooting, updates, and any necessary modifications to ensure optimal performance of the software throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on September 1, 2025, and will conclude on August 31, 2026.
There is a possibility for renewal for up to three consecutive years upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs located at 221 East 11th Street, Austin, Texas 78701.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) requirements as per Government Code Chapter 2261.
A HUB Subcontracting Plan must be included with the proposal.
Additionally, vendors must possess a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) prior to receiving payment under the awarded contract.
