Proposal Request for 457(b) Recordkeeping and Administration Services

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is requesting proposals for 457(b) Recordkeeping and Administration Services. The scope of work includes providing comprehensive recordkeeping and administrative support for NEISD's 457(b) plan, in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications detailed in this solicitation. Respondents are required to supply an IRS pre-approved 457(b) volume submitter document along with an IRS determination letter as part of their proposal. NEISD's current 457(b) plan is compliant with all IRS required amendments. NEISD, located at 8961 Tesoro Dr. Suite 317, San Antonio, TX 78217, is seeking these services under Opportunity ID: 35-25 Recordkeeping and Administration Services. Proposals must be submitted no later than 9:00am Central Standard Time on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances. While the District is legally required to accept paper bids, electronic submission through the ebidding platform is strongly encouraged.
