Promotional & Marketing Materials for TSTC - Statewide

Background
Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is a coeducational two-year institution of higher education in Texas, focused on technical vocational education. TSTC aims to contribute to the educational and economic development of Texas by providing occupationally oriented programs. The college operates 11 campuses and is committed to placing more Texans in high-paying jobs through advanced technical training.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified suppliers for promotional and marketing materials to support TSTC's branding initiatives across its campuses.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing a variety of promotional and marketing materials, including novelties, souvenirs, graphic design services, decal printing, imprinting services, and silk screen printing. Suppliers must demonstrate the ability to meet TSTC's branding and quality standards while handling high-volume orders.

The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that covers all current and future campuses as well as off-site locations. Multiple awards may be made based on best value criteria.

Period of Performance
The agreement is valid for two years with an option to extend for three additional one-year terms. Prices are fixed for the first year, with any increases requiring prior approval from TSTC.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed across all Texas State Technical College campuses statewide, including any future campuses and off-site locations.
