Promotional Items, Marketing Signage and Screen Printing

The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to supply promotional products, marketing signage, and screen printing services for internal, university-wide use. Vendors are expected to provide all necessary information, requirements, and specifications to prepare a professional and comprehensive proposal in response to this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). This solicitation is issued by the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). The background of this contract is to establish agreements with vendors capable of delivering high-quality promotional items, marketing signage, and screen printing services that meet the needs of UTD across its campus and departments. The agreements resulting from this solicitation will be in effect for three (3) years from the date of award. Additionally, the parties may, by mutual consent, renew the agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Questions regarding this opportunity are due by 09/17/2025.
