Project Management Staff Augmentation Serv for WWW & Gen Civ

Background
The City of Austin, through its Capital Delivery Services (CDS), is seeking a qualified consultant to provide project management staff augmentation services for water and wastewater projects as well as general civil engineering projects.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the existing workforce within the CDS Utility Project Management Division (UPMD) and Civil Project Management Division (CPMD).
The selected consultant will work under the supervision of a CDS Project Management Supervisor.

Work Details
The consultant will be responsible for providing design and construction project management services specifically in two categories: 1) Project Management for Water and Wastewater Projects, and 2) Project Management for General Civil Engineering Projects.
The services include overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders involved in the projects.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award in December 2025 and will continue for a duration determined by project needs.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place at the City of Austin's facilities located at 6800 Burleson Road and 505 Barton Springs Road.

Bidder Requirements
All prime firms and subconsultants must be registered to do business with the City of Austin prior to contract award.
Additionally, respondents must comply with the City's Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program.
The selected consultant must also carry various types of insurance including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Professional Liability Insurance, and Cyber Liability Insurance.
