Professional Research Data Collection Services

Background
The DFW International Airport Board is seeking a contractor to provide Professional Consumer Market Research Data Collection Services for its Customer Experience department. The goal of this contract is to enhance the airport's understanding of consumer experiences and preferences, which aligns with the Board's mission to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive consumer market research, which includes but is not limited to: designing research methodologies, collecting data through surveys and interviews, analyzing data to derive actionable insights, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. The contractor must ensure that the research adheres to industry standards and best practices.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a duration of five (5) years with no renewal options.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at DFW International Airport, located in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
There is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal of 15% for this contract. Bidders must demonstrate their commitment to including certified SBE subcontractors in their proposals. Additionally, all participating subcontractors must have a physical place of business within the Airport's relevant market area, which includes Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise counties.
