Professional Consulting Services for Love Field Expansion Airport Program (LEAP)

Background
The City of Dallas is seeking to establish a pool of pre-qualified consultants to support the Love Field Expansion Airport Program (LEAP). This initiative aims to enhance the airport's capabilities and services, aligning with the city's mission to improve infrastructure and promote economic growth.

The selected firms will be eligible to respond to future Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for specific scopes of work under LEAP, emphasizing the need for consultants with deep experience and technical proficiency.

Work Details
Consultants will provide professional consulting services related to the Love Field Expansion Airport Program. Firms may apply individually or as part of a team, and they must specify all professional disciplines for which they are submitting qualifications.

The City expects consultants to demonstrate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Qualifications outlined in this RFQ must be met for consideration.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be determined based on specific scopes of work outlined in future RFPs issued under the LEAP program.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at Love Field Airport in Dallas, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must acknowledge compliance with House Bill 89 regarding contracts with entities that boycott Israel and Senate Bill 252 concerning contracts with foreign terrorist organizations.

Bidders must confirm they do not engage in business with Iran, Sudan, or any foreign terrorist organization and are not listed as such by the Texas Comptroller. Additionally, firms must meet any specified qualifications outlined in this RFQ.
