Procurement of Flags for Delivery to DFW International Airport

Background
The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board (Airport Board) is seeking to procure flags as part of its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to supply high-quality flags that meet specific specifications for use at the airport. The Airport Board operates with a tax-exempt status.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of American flags with the following specifications:

- Dimensions: 40' x 80'
- Material: 200 denier nylon fabric
- Stars: 29" x 29"

The flags must be constructed with 200 denier Alexander nylon, coated and backtacked, using T70 color-matched thread. The fly end should be 6" wide and reinforced eight times, with a 3" seatbelt webbing folded in half for heading. Each flag will have seven grommets and 1.5" D-rings that are welded together. All materials used must be made in the USA, and no substitutions are allowed. The estimated quantity for this procurement is six flags.

Period of Performance
Quotes for this procurement must be submitted by 2:00 PM (Central Time) on Friday, March 14, 2025. Delivery of the flags should occur during normal business hours, specifically between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Airport Board.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the flags is the Central Warehouse at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, located at 3122 East 30th Street, DFW Airport, Texas 75261.
