Background
The Travis County Healthcare District, known as Central Health, is responsible for providing hospital and medical care to low-income residents of Travis County. Their mission is to improve community health, particularly for the uninsured and underinsured.

This solicitation aims to secure proposals from qualified vendors for comprehensive, high-quality, and scalable printing services that support both internal and external outreach efforts across all Central Health entities and brands. Success will be defined by consistent quality, responsive service, efficient order fulfillment, and the ability to manage complex and high-volume projects.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a wide range of printing services including:
- Offset and digital printing of brochures, flyers, postcards, posters, annual reports, strategic plans, business cards, promotional materials.
- Branded apparel (uniforms, scrubs).
- Finishing services (trimming, binding).
- Mailing and fulfillment services (direct mail preparation).
- An online storefront for branded materials with inventory management capabilities.
- ID card printing with various stock options.
- Document processing for member documents with variable data printing capabilities.
- Comprehensive data security measures to protect PHI.

The vendor must also demonstrate experience in managing large-scale print runs and custom-branded apparel while complying with local procurement regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for an initial period of one year with the possibility of three optional one-year renewals based on performance.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed in Travis County, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial printing. They should demonstrate the ability to manage a range of deliverables simultaneously while complying with local procurement regulations. Vendors are expected to offer environmentally responsible solutions and maintain ethical business practices. Additionally, they must be HIPAA-certified with documentation regarding record retention requirements.
