Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) is seeking to purchase two (2) Precision Cutting Tabletop Saws for the Coastal Fisheries Division.

PROPRIETARY SPECIFICATIONS: Specifications and/or requirments are being advertised under Section 2155.067, Texas Government Code. If a competing vendor believes it can satisfy these specifications, it should respond with its product and expland how the specifications will be adequately met.

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase two (2) Precision Cutting Tabletop Saws for the Coastal Fisheries Division. This procurement is being conducted under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code, which allows for proprietary specifications. Vendors who believe they can meet these specifications are encouraged to submit their products and explain how they meet the requirements.

Work Details
1. Precision Cutting Saw: Quantity - 2 Each. Example: Accutom-10 Precision cut-off machine or TPWD approved equivalent. Specifications include cutting capacity, motor and speed, dimensions, weight, and software controls.

2. Installation and Training: Vendor shall provide installation of the equipment on-site at the delivery address, including setup and calibration for optimal operation. Training will be scheduled after delivery and installation.

3. Optional Extended Warranty: Respondent shall submit a list of items covered by warranty and warranty providers.

Period of Performance
The contract shall commence upon issuance by TPWD and will automatically expire upon final acceptance of the delivered equipment.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Perry R. Bass MFS, 3864 FM 3280, Palacios, TX 77465.
