Background
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking proposals for the installation of a new HVAC system in Inmate Housing at the Powledge Unit located in Palestine, Texas. Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract is set at 450 days, commencing upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Mobilization should begin within 30 days of receiving this notice, with actual work starting within 45 days.
