Portable Toilet Rental for Enchanted Rock State Natural Area

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking bids to establish a blanket contract for portable toilet rental, cleaning, and maintenance services at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, located at 16710 Ranch Road 965, Fredericksburg, Texas. This initiative aims to ensure adequate sanitation facilities for park visitors, especially during peak seasons such as Spring Break.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Ten (10) standard size, non-flushing portable toilets to be cleaned and serviced three (3) times per week during March each year.
2. Ten (10) standard size, non-flushing portable toilets for rental only, with no cleaning or servicing from April through February.
3. Two (2) ADA compliant size, non-flushing portable toilets to be cleaned and serviced three (3) times per week during March each year.
4. Two (2) ADA compliant size, non-flushing portable toilets for rental only, with no cleaning or servicing from April through February.
5. The monthly price includes initial delivery, setup, monthly rental cost for the number of units described, cleaning, disposal, pickup fees, environmental charges, fuel surcharges, and other applicable fees.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and continue through May 31, 2027. There is an option to renew for two additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area located at 16710 Ranch Road 965, Fredericksburg, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have been engaged in providing similar services for a minimum of three years. They must complete Exhibit A - Company Profile and Exhibit B - Past Projects with Corresponding References. Additionally, bidders must comply with insurance requirements including workers' compensation and general liability insurance.
