Pool of Vendors for Coaching for Quality: Forensic Nurse Mentor Program

Background
Texas A&M University is seeking proposals to establish a Pool of Vendors of Forensic Nursing/Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) managers/coordinators, both current and former, to serve as mentors. This initiative aims to assist with a grant-funded project that focuses on coaching new and established forensic nursing/SANE programs to meet the standards set by the Governor’s Office Sexual Assault Survivor’s Task Force.

Work Details
The selected vendors will provide mentorship services to support forensic nursing/SANE programs. This includes guidance on best practices, compliance with established standards, and overall program development to enhance the quality of care provided to sexual assault survivors.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the objectives of the grant-funded project are met, with specific timelines outlined in the proposal submissions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Texas, as the program targets local forensic nursing/SANE initiatives.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be listed on the State of Texas Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) or have expressed interest in receiving bid opportunities from Texas A&M University. Registration as a bidder within AggieBid is required for electronic submission of responses.
