Polunsky Unit - Install HVAC system in Bldg. 3

Background
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is issuing this solicitation for the installation of a new HVAC system and connection to emergency power in Building 3 at the Polunsky Unit.

The TDCJ's mission includes maintaining safe and secure facilities for the incarceration of offenders. This project aims to enhance the environmental conditions within the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete installation of a new HVAC system in Building 3, including all necessary connections to emergency power sources.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract is set at 220 days, commencing from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.

Mobilization must begin within 30 days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with actual work starting within 45 days.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Polunsky Unit located in Livingston, Texas.
