Plumbing Parts

Background
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for plumbing parts necessary for unit-wide plumbing repairs. The goal of this contract is to establish a purchase order for the procurement of specific plumbing components to ensure the maintenance and functionality of plumbing systems within TDCJ facilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. 40 units of dual/temp, dual fixture, hot/cold, 0.5 GPM metering valve with plastic body, manufactured by Acorn (MFG Part #: 2590-061-001).

2. 15 units of deck-mounted faucet, 8" center, 6" swing spout, manufactured by Regency (MFG Part #: 600FD96).

3. 2 units of deck-mounted faucet, 4" center, 12" swing spout manufactured by Regency (MFG Part #: 600FD412).

All items are to be delivered to Lynaugh Unit Maintenance at the specified address in Fort Stockton, TX.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and will continue until all items are delivered and accepted by TDCJ. The bid opening is scheduled for May 22, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to Lynaugh Unit Maintenance located at 1098 S Hwy 2037, Fort Stockton, TX 79735-9795.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable state rules and regulations regarding procurement. They must certify that they are not subject to suspension or debarment and that they are eligible to participate in this transaction. Additionally, bidders must provide a Texas Identification Number (TIN) and may need to submit a completed Vendor Maintenance Direct Deposit and Substitute W-9 Form.
