Background
The Town of Little Elm is seeking bids for an annual agreement for Pest Control Services throughout the Town. The goal of this contract is to ensure a pest-free environment in various Town facilities, aligning with the Town's mission to maintain safe and healthy public spaces.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide pest control services to multiple Town facilities, including but not limited to: The Cove, Recreation Center, Service Center, Community Center, Public Safety Building, Fire Stations, Senior Center, Animal Shelter, Town Hall, IT Building, and Public Safety Annex.
Services will include treatment for a variety of pests such as spiders, cockroaches, ants, fleas, wasps, rodents, and more. Pest control services must comply with Federal, State of Texas, and Local laws. Monthly service frequency is required for all listed buildings.
The contractor must also respond to interim service calls within 24 hours at no additional cost. All personnel must wear uniforms and identification while on Town premises.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for twelve months with the option for four additional twelve-month extensions.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the Town of Little Elm, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered and licensed pesticide businesses in the State of Texas. They must have all necessary local, state, and federal licenses and conform to all licensing requirements.
The contractor must also provide Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used within ten days after notification of award.
