Pest Control Services

Background
Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking qualified and experienced Proposer(s) to provide Pest Control Services on TTU campus, satellite campuses, and off-site locations. The goal of these services is to ensure the safety and health of TTU Students, Faculty, Staff, and visiting guests.

Work Details
The services required include control, extermination, prevention, surveillance, capturing, removal, and protection of facilities/surroundings during services. Pests to be managed include various insects (e.g., American roaches, German roaches, ants), rodents (e.g., mice, rats), canines (e.g., foxes), skunks, opossums, birds, bats, rabbits, and snakes.

Services will be performed on an annual, quarterly, monthly or as-needed basis depending on the requesting department. Specific service schedules include:
- Monthly services at the Chancellor’s residence;
- Quarterly services in areas such as custodial closets and breakrooms;
- Annual services in residence halls;
- Special services for classrooms and athletic facilities may also be requested.

All services must comply with TTU Operating Policies and local regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to last for a maximum term of four years with options for renewal for up to four additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed on the Texas Tech University campus in Lubbock, Texas, including satellite campuses and off-site locations as specified.
