Penwell Canopy Light Installation

Background
The Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) is issuing this solicitation for the installation of canopy lights at the Penwell DPS CVE Station located at 17701 W. IH 20, Odessa, Texas 79763.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the lighting infrastructure at the facility to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete installation of canopy lights as specified in the Statement of Work Exhibit. This includes all necessary materials and equipment, labor costs, overhead, and profit.

The contractor must ensure compliance with all specifications and requirements outlined in the contract documents. Additionally, a performance bond will be required for contracts exceeding $100,000, and a payment bond for contracts over $25,000 to protect all claimants supplying labor and materials.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the effective date stated in the signing document and will expire five (5) months from that effective date.

There is an option for DPS to extend the contract for an additional six-month period if necessary.

The work will be performed at the Penwell DPS CVE Station located at 17701 W. IH 20, Odessa, Texas 79763.
