The City of Frisco is seeking bids for the Pearson Farms Pavement Improvements project, which involves the removal and replacement of concrete pavement with curb and gutter on Morgan Hill Road and Old Barn Drive. Work Details
The work includes:

- Concrete requirements include:
- Sidewalk concrete must be Class 'A', minimum 3000 psi.
- Barrier-free ramps must be Class 'P1', 4000 psi.
- Pavement shall be Class 'P1' (machine finished) or 'P2' (hand finished) with respective compressive strengths of 4000 psi or 4500 psi.
- The project will be executed in two phases per location as detailed in the traffic control plans.
- The Contractor is responsible for any necessary irrigation repairs, adjustments to meter/irrigation boxes, and damages to private property during construction.
Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date of March 1, 2026.
