PE Equipment, Supplies & Repair Services

Background
The Northside Independent School District (NISD) is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of Physical Education (PE) Equipment, Supplies, and Repair Services. This contract is intended to support the district's mission of providing quality education and resources to its students.

The current solicitation replaces IFB 2024-139, which is set to expire on September 30, 2025. All vendors must respond to this new Invitation for Bid (IFB) to maintain their business relationship with the district.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of various PE equipment and supplies necessary for the district's physical education programs. Specific items may include but are not limited to: sports balls, fitness equipment, educational materials related to physical education, and repair services for existing equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for one year upon approval by the Board of Trustees, with an option for renewal for an additional year. The effective date of the contract will begin after board approval.

Place of Performance
The services and products will be delivered to various locations within the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with specific requirements including submission through the Bonfire Portal, certification of non-collusion, compliance with federal regulations regarding debarment and suspension, and adherence to local laws regarding procurement.

Additionally, vendors must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with any other certifications required under federal funding provisions.
