Parking Services RFP

Background
The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a qualified firm to provide parking management services for its visitor parking locations. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient and effective management of the parking facilities, enhancing the experience for employees, patients, and visitors.

Work Details
The Contractor will be responsible for the operation and management of MD Anderson's owned and operated visitor parking facilities, which include Mays Garage, FHB Garage, and Mid Campus Garage (1MC). The Contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, management, administrative support services, materials, insurance, transportation, and other goods and services required for staffing and managing these parking facilities.

MD Anderson reserves the right to add or remove locations covered by this scope of work as necessary.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a period defined in the final agreement. Specific time frames will be outlined in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center's visitor parking locations in Houston, Texas.
