Background
The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative (SETXPC) was established to procure goods and services on behalf of its members, which include over 100 Texas school districts, charter schools, and other public not-for-profit agencies.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 20251202 is to solicit proposals for Outside Printing Services that will be available for use by SETXPC members during the contract term from February 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

Work Details
The selected vendor(s) will provide a range of Outside Printing Services including design, proofing, printing, formatting, graphic designs, assembly, and binding.

The services may also include delivery of printed items as requested by SETXPC members. Vendors are expected to meet technical and performance standards as outlined in the RFP. There is no guaranteed annual volume for purchases under this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from February 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in locations designated by the purchasing members of the Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit proposals electronically via the Euna Solutions Procurement Portal by the deadline of January 6, 2026.

An administrative fee of $200 is required for each proposal submission. Vendors must provide proof of insurance with specified coverage limits including general liability and workers' compensation. Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws is mandatory.
