Outboard Motors

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase ten (10) outboard motors of various sizes and models to support its operations. The goal of this solicitation is to procure high-quality outboard motors that meet specific performance and environmental standards, thereby enhancing the agency's capabilities in managing Texas's natural resources.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of the following outboard motors:

1. **25HP Outboard Motor** - Quantity: 1
- Examples: Mercury 25HP EFI, Suzuki 25HP DF25AEL5, Yamaha F25, or TPWD approved equivalent.
- Specifications include four-stroke engine type, 20" shaft length, electric start, remote tiller steering, power trim and tilt, and a minimum CARB rating of three stars.

2. **40HP Surface Drive Outboard Motor** - Quantity: 1
- Examples: Pro-Drive XRF40, Gator Tail GTR40XD-EFI, or TPWD approved equivalent.
- Specifications include surface drive engine type, 20" transom height, electric start, tiller handle steering.

3. **115HP Outboard Motor** - Quantity: 1
- Examples: Mercury Sea Pro 115, Suzuki DF115B, Yamaha F115, or TPWD approved equivalent.
- Specifications include inline 4 engine type and preferred fly by wire steering system.

4. **150HP Outboard Motor** - Quantity: 1
- Examples: Suzuki 150 DF150ATL5, Mercury Sea Pro 150HP, or TPWD approved equivalent.

5. **225HP Outboard Motors** - Quantity: 3
- Examples: Mercury Sea Pro 225, Suzuki DF225T, Yamaha F225, or TPWD approved equivalent.

6. **300HP Outboard Motors** - Quantity: 3
- Examples: Mercury 300HP Verado, Mercury Pro XS, Yamaha F300 or TPWD approved equivalent.

Additionally, delivery fees for each motor are specified based on the delivery locations across Texas.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance by TPWD and will automatically expire upon final acceptance of the delivered products.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include various offices of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department across Texas such as San Antonio (Region 5), Tyler (Region 3), Corpus Christi (Region 8), and Temple (Region 7).
