Work Details
The contract includes Full Service Maintenance Services for Opex Falcon Scanners located in Austin, Texas. The services encompass:
1. A firm-fixed annual price covering all parts, labor, and travel associated with maintenance.
2. Preventative Maintenance performed according to OEM specifications during normal business hours.
3. Remedial Maintenance including technical support and on-site service at CPA locations unless otherwise authorized.
4. Access to Opex technical assistance center and compliance with OEM warranty provisions.
5. A toll-free support line for repair requests and a staffed Support Call Center for maintenance notifications.
6. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) detailing response times based on severity levels of issues encountered with the equipment.
