Operational Support Contracted Services

Background
Leander Independent School District (known herein as LISD or District) is accepting proposal responses from vendors interested in providing operational support contracted services. This solicitation is issued per Texas Education Code Chapter 44, Sub Chapter B. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a list of awarded vendors to provide a variety of services necessary to the operation of the District.

Work Details
The District is seeking proposals for operational support contracted services, including but not limited to access control services, arbor tree services, custodial equipment maintenance and repair, equipment rentals, glass services, industrial equipment maintenance and repair, locksmith services, maintenance equipment maintenance and repair, material handling equipment maintenance and repair, overhead door maintenance and repair, parking lot maintenance, towing services, transportation ride share services, and other operational support services not listed. When LISD has a need for these services, LISD may use the list of vendors as a primary source to obtain the services. There is no obligation upon LISD to use any particular Contractor and there is no guarantee of any quantity of orders.

Period of Performance
The awarded contract for this solicitation shall be effective from the date of award through June 30, 2028. It is a multiple year, performance-based contract. The awarded proposer’s (Contractor) performance is critical to the success of the contract for the full term.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the operational support contracted services will be performed will be provided at the time of order.
