Background
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit responses from potential respondents to provide NXLog Premium Platform and Technical Support for use by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) as part of the Shared Technology Services (STS) IT Commodities program.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that TWC has access to high-performance log management tools necessary for their operations.
Work Details
The successful respondent will provide the NXLog Premium Platform, a modular log management tool that collects, parses, filters, and forwards logs from diverse sources to central log management systems.
The specific services include:
1. Technical Support (Service Level 3) for NXLog.
2. Provision of 800 units of NXLog Premium Plan.
3. Compliance with accessibility standards as defined in Texas Administrative Codes and WCAG 2.1 AA technical standards.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the date of award and remain in effect for a period of 12 months.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at locations designated by the Texas Workforce Commission within Texas.
Bidder Requirements

A Subcontracting Plan is required for bids valued at $100,000 or more.
