Background
The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection Services for various facilities including Power and District Cooling Plants, vendor facilities, and Right-of-Way projects. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and compliance of these facilities through thorough testing and inspection services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing non-destructive testing and inspection services as required by the City. This includes but is not limited to: conducting tests on materials and structures to assess their integrity without causing damage,
performing inspections as per industry standards, and providing detailed reports of findings. The contractor must be prepared to adjust service quantities based on the City's needs during the contract term, as there are no minimum order quantities specified.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue until all obligations are fulfilled. The City reserves the right to extend the contract beyond its initial term at their discretion.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations including Power and District Cooling Plants, vendor facilities, and Right-of-Way projects within the jurisdiction of the City of Austin.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with any stated set-aside certifications such as Minority-Owned Business Enterprise/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) requirements. Contractors must submit a compliance plan if subcontractors are identified in their proposal. Additionally, contractors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the contract terms.
