Contract Requirements:

• All purchase orders are subject to DART's Terms and Conditions, which can be downloaded as a PDF from the "Supporting Documentation" section below.
• Bids/quotes must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight cost included in the overall price. DART does not typically accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms.
• Delivery time and rate are critical; failure to deliver as specified may result in rejection and default termination by DART.
• Payment terms are Net 30. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate (one copy marked 'Original') to APInvoices@dart.org, unless otherwise specified. Invoices should include: purchase order number, item number, description of supplies/services/construction, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment will be made on partial deliveries accepted by DART when warranted.
