Period of Performance
The initial contract term will commence on October 20, 2025, and conclude on October 19, 2027. There are options for two successive renewals of two years each, contingent upon mutual consent and approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.

The contract will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Lewisville Independent School District and its member districts.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit required bid attachments including a W-9 form, insurance certificate, Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties), and a public records agreement.
