Background
Duncanville Independent School District (DISD) is seeking proposals for Independent Contractor/Consultant vendors to establish an approved list of vendors for the Multi-Campus Roof Replacement project. The goal is to adhere to State Purchasing Laws and competitively procure goods and services, ensuring a broad base of vendors to meet the district's needs.

Work Details
The contract involves construction services for roof replacements at Duncanville High School and Hyman Elementary School. Specific tasks include:
1. Roof Replacement at Duncanville High School;
2. Roof Replacement at Hyman Elementary School.

The anticipated substantial completion dates are December 31, 2026, for Duncanville High School and August 1, 2026, for Hyman Elementary School.

Period of Performance
The contract term is for the 2025-2026 school year, with the possibility of extending for three additional years (2026-2029) upon mutual agreement between DISD and the selected vendor(s).

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Duncanville High School and Hyman Elementary School located in Duncanville, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must complete a response to this RFP to do business with DISD. Proposals must include all required documentation such as a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Form 1295, W-9, and a Felony Conviction Form. Vendors must also demonstrate qualifications through an executive summary and submission questionnaire detailing firm information, project experience, and personnel qualifications.
