Monument & Wayfinding Signage Update

Background
Sam Houston State University (SHSU) is seeking a signage contractor to update the existing building monument, facility identity, and pedestrian directional signage on its main campus in Huntsville, TX. This also includes updates at The Woodlands center campus in The Woodlands, TX, the Conroe campus in Conroe, TX, and any other locations determined by the University during this contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for updating the existing signage which includes monument signs, facility identity signs, and pedestrian directional signs. Specific tasks may involve design modifications, fabrication of new signs, installation of updated signage, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations or standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until completion of the signage updates as determined by the University.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Sam Houston State University's main campus in Huntsville, TX; The Woodlands center campus in The Woodlands, TX; Conroe campus in Conroe, TX; and any additional locations specified by the University.
