Work Details
The solicitation covers various minor repair services including Roofing Repair, HVAC Services, Electrical Services, Plumbing Services, Fence Repair, Glass Repair, Overhead Door Repair, Doors & Hardware/Locksmith Services, Drain Cleaning, Parking Lot Painting/Cleaning/Repair, Backflow Testing (Fire line & Irrigation), Drywall Repair and Painting, and Welding & Metal Fabrication. Each section details the specific items to be provided or completed under the contract along with hourly rates, total prices, estimated number of hours, and other requirements such as compliance with rental equipment reimbursement and state license submission.

Period of Performance
Bids will be accepted until February 8, 2024, prior to 3:00 P.M. The contract term shall be for one year with the option of four one-year extensions. Prices quoted shall be guaranteed for a period of six months upon City approval. The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. The City reserves the right to award the canceled contract to the next lowest and best bidder as it deems to be in the best interest of the city.
