Background

Work Details
The contract involves providing media monitoring services through a platform that includes:
1. Monitoring local, state, national, and global media sources including newspapers, television, radio, blogs, and social media in multiple languages (primarily English and Spanish).
2. Real-time monitoring of specified topics and keywords with alerts via email or text.
3. Measurement and analysis of earned media including advertising value equivalent (AVE) metrics.
4. Social media listening across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
5. Electronic distribution of press releases with access to a searchable index of journalists and outlets.
6. Customizable reporting dashboards that include core metrics such as total mentions, sentiment analysis, reach, impressions, top influencers, and engagement metrics.
7. Provision of at least five administrator licenses for Central Health team members with defined user roles and permissions.
Period of Performance
The initial contract duration is one year with the option for four additional one-year renewal periods.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Austin, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate experience in media monitoring services with a focus on healthcare or public sector clients. They are required to provide at least three client testimonials and references along with resumes for proposed staff members.
Proposers must also comply with Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) program requirements and submit necessary certifications such as the Conflict-of-Interest Questionnaire (CIQ) and Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295).
