Mazda Computer Corporation Software Mainenance and Related Services

Background
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) issues this Request for Offers (RFO) to solicit offers from qualified vendors for Mazda Computer Corporation Software Maintenance and Related Services. CPA's objective is to obtain services that represent the best value for CPA and the State of Texas. The existing contract for Software Maintenance and Technical Support Services for eventACTION Software will expire on August 31, 2025, creating a continuing need for these services.

Work Details
The Successful Respondent shall provide Software Maintenance and Technical Support Services for all Licensed Software, including but not limited to: telephone and online support, Error Corrections, Software Updates, Software Upgrades, Software Patches/Fixes, Software Enhancements/Releases, performance improvements, and Licensed Software Documentation.

Support must be available 24/7 with a help-desk toll-free number. Response times are categorized by priority levels with specific maximum response times:
- Priority 1 (Critical) - 4 hours
- Priority 2 (High) - 12 hours
- Priority 3 (Medium) - 48 hours
- Priority 4 (Low) - 72 hours.

The Successful Respondent must also implement safeguards to protect CPA Data and comply with encryption standards.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026. CPA may extend the contract for up to four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in accordance with CPA policies and procedures at locations determined by CPA.
