Background
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UT Southwestern) is an academic medical center recognized for its excellence in research, medical education, and clinical care. With an operating budget exceeding $4.1 million and a workforce of nearly 23,000, UT Southwestern has been acknowledged as one of the best large employers in the U.S. The institution seeks a Master Data Management (MDM) platform to unify and govern its diverse data assets across various domains including education, research, clinical, administrative, and operational areas.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a Master Data Management (MDM) platform that will facilitate the unification and governance of UT Southwestern's diverse data assets. The platform should support various functionalities including but not limited to:
- Software for data management
- Computer data storage management systems
- Business function-specific software
- Procurement software
- Human resources software
- License management software
- Content management software
- Data management and query software
- Network management software
- Information exchange software
- System management software
- Data services.
The proposal should also include maintenance and support services for the software provided.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on May 15, 2025, with a closing date for proposals on June 20, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at UT Southwestern Medical Center located in the Dallas-Fort Worth region of Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including completion of the Supplier Registration process with a status showing 'Complete', submission of a HUB Subcontracting Plan regardless of subcontracting intentions, and acceptance of UT Southwestern's Business Associate Agreement and Information Resource Addendum to Agreement. Additionally, bidders are required to provide documentation such as Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports upon request and must complete an Information Security Questionnaire if applicable.
