Masonry and Stonework

The City of Irving is seeking contractors to provide masonry and stonework services as needed throughout the duration of the contract. The specific locations and types of masonry and stonework required will be determined and communicated to the selected contractor on an "as needed" basis. These requests will be prioritized and issued in real time by the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Department during the contract period.

The request for these services is issued by the City of Irving.

This solicitation, ITB 027LF-26F, has been amended by Addendum 1 to modify, clarify, explain, or correct the original solicitation and to answer questions. The addendum is now considered part of the official bid documents.

Contract requirements include the ability to respond to real-time requests for masonry and stonework at various, yet-to-be-determined locations within the City of Irving. The contractor must be able to accommodate the flexible and responsive nature of the work as directed by the CIP Department.

While attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, it is recommended as a preferred method for receiving questions and clarifications regarding this project. Information about the Zoom conference for each event can be found under the Activities tab.
