The City of Terrell, located in Texas, is seeking qualifications from professionals to provide marketing and public relations services.

Work Details
The selected consultant will be responsible for:
- Developing creative concepts and producing advertising and marketing materials.
- Creating promotional pieces for social media and the city website.
- Conducting consultation, research, concept development, copywriting, design, and print/web production.

Deliverables include:
- A minimum of four podcast episodes over a 12-month period.
- Weekly social media campaigns featuring videos with the Mayor.
- Internal focus groups for marketing strategy development.
- Collaborating with local educational institutions to promote programs.
- Marketing ads targeting new home seekers in alignment with economic development goals.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon receipt of the 'Notice to Proceed' and will continue until satisfactory completion of all specified services.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily within the City of Terrell, Texas.
