Manitowoc Ice Machine Rentals

Background
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) of the State of Texas is seeking bids for the installation, lease, repair, and maintenance of two ice machines and ice bins.
This contract is aimed at supporting the DPS Tactical Training Center located at 810 CR 240, Florence, Texas 76527.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Installation of two ice machines and associated ice bins.
2. Leasing of the equipment for the duration specified in the contract.
3. Providing repair services as needed during the contract period.
4. Conducting regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation of the ice machines and bins.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the effective date stated in the signing document and will expire five years from that effective date.
