Managed Services for ServiceNow

Background
The Lone Star College System (LSCS) is seeking to procure Deliverables-Based Information Technology services to support its ServiceNow environment.

LSCS serves over 80,000 credit students each semester across 23 locations in the greater Houston area and aims to enhance its operational efficiency through this contract. The college system is committed to providing high-quality, low-cost academic transfer opportunities and supporting student success.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide the following services:
1. Application Development: Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
2. Integration Services: Integrate ServiceNow applications with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and HR systems.
3. Maintenance and Support: Ongoing maintenance and support for existing and new applications, including upgrades to new versions or deploying ServiceNow modules.
4. Training and Documentation: Offer training sessions and comprehensive documentation for end-users and administrators.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of three (3) years with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions based on mutual agreement between both parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the Lone Star College System in Texas.
