Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO

Background
The Region 19 Education Service Center – Allied States Cooperative (ASC) aims to establish a contract for Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO) Equipment, Supplies, Materials, and Services. This contract is intended for procurements made with federal, state, or local funds. Vendors awarded on previous solicitations do not need to respond to this solicitation as they are already awarded.

Work Details
The successful vendor(s) will provide a range of MRO Equipment, Supplies, Materials, and Services including but not limited to: abrasives, soldering and welding supplies, building facilities supplies, electrical lighting equipment, motors and power transmission components, hand tools, lumber and specialty woods, HVAC/refrigeration systems and parts, plumbing parts and accessories, various types of lighting fixtures (incandescent, fluorescent), power controls (contractors, relay), power distribution equipment (load centers), wire and wiring devices.

The scope also includes small skilled labor projects such as installation, removal, repair, consultation in disciplines including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, masonry among others. Vendors must provide pricing based on discounts from price lists or fixed prices with indefinite quantities. All proposals must include current electronic catalogs or price lists.

Place of Performance
The services and products will be delivered to various locations as specified by the members of ESC Region 19 ASC.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be authorized and certified to work on the equipment being considered for award. They may be required to provide a payment and/or performance bond. All installation must be performed by licensed installers authorized by the manufacturer. Vendors should also provide verification that products meet industry standards upon request.
