Maintenance and support of the Schneider Electric Vista and ExoStructure Building Automation System at the North Texas State Hospital Wichita Falls Campus

Background
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for the maintenance and support of the Schneider Electric Vista and ExoStructure Building Automation System at the North Texas State Hospital Wichita Falls Campus.
This contract aims to ensure the efficient operation of building automation systems critical to the hospital's infrastructure.
Both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) will be entitled to utilize any contract awarded as a result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB).

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and support services for the Schneider Electric Vista and ExoStructure Building Automation System.
Specific tasks include:
- Performing regular maintenance checks on the building automation systems.
- Responding to service calls within 24 business hours for non-emergency issues and within 4 hours for emergencies.
- Ensuring that all personnel assigned to perform these services have at least two years of relevant experience.
- Providing necessary tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies required for service delivery.
- Conducting background checks on all personnel assigned to work on-site.
- Complying with all federal, state, and local laws related to service provision.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is upon award, with services expected to be performed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the North Texas State Hospital Wichita Falls Campus located at 6515 Kemp Blvd., Wichita Falls, Texas 76301.
